Healthy living means making positive choices that enhance your physical, mental and spiritual health. You make these choices by:

  • Building a social network to create a supportive environment of people who care for you and respect you.
  • Staying physically active to keep your body strong, reduce stress, and improve your energy.
  • Choosing not to smoke.
  • Eliminating other negative lifestyle practices.

Where you live, work, learn and play affects the choices you make to improve your health habits. It's important to keep yourself informed about positive health practices within your environment in order to improve your overall health and sense of well-being.
