The Meds Check Medication Review Program
If you are currently taking a minimum of three chronic prescription medications you are now entitled to receive a medication review free-of-charge from a community pharmacist once a year. A $50 value at no cost to you -- just show your Ontario Health Card.
This service will help you to get the most from your medications and allow you to discuss any concerns you may have. It will only take 20-30 minutes of your time.
An appointment can be scheduled for a time that is convenient for you. You may access this service at any community pharmacy regardless of where you have your prescriptions filled.
