Anna Romano is certified as a respiratory educator (CRE), through the national certification program administered by the Canadian Network for Asthma Care (CNAC). As a CRE, Anna is qualified to provide education on asthma and COPD. As a respiratory educator she teaches people about their asthma and COPD, including preventative measures, how to avoid triggers, the proper use of medications, diet and lifestyle counseling, and the use of written action plans that allow rapid for rapid adjustment of medications when symptoms worsen.
