Meet Your Certified Geriatric Pharmacist

Iris Krawchenko successfully completed the U.S. Certified Geriatric Pharmacist Exam and is credentialed as a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP) by the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (CCGP). Iris’s unique qualifications and expertise enable her to appropriately address medication-related issues in the elderly who are dealing with health issues such as cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, gastro-intestinal and liver disorders, pain, respiratory conditions and infectious diseases.

She consults to health care practitioners on geriatric pharmaceutical care and is well-prepared to advise seniors (over the age of 65) on their drug therapy needs.
